Whatcom County Jail report for Dec. 1

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Michael Jovanny Yrizarris, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant, failure to appear for two counts second-degree burglary and jumping bail and failure to appear for a bench warrant.

Vera Anne Julius, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for second-degree theft.

Randall W. Miller Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of felony possession of a firearm, second-degree malicious mischief, fourth-degree assault and an alcohol violation.

Marty Louise Webb, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Adrian Rodriguez Padilla, booked by the Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for a fugitive warrant.

Nicholas David Favro, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of a controlled substance, second-degree possession of stolen property and forgery.

Matthew-Scott Donald Howem, booked by the Department of Corrections for a Department of Corrections hold and failure to appear for two counts third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Andrew Allen Fisher, booked by the Department of Corrections for second-degree robbery, a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for an alcohol violation.

Brooks Kenneth Winebarger, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Belen Sosa-Estrada, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dale Estel Smith Jr., booked by the Lynden Police Department for bribing a witness.

William A. Gunnyon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Leonid Petrovich Sushch, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jacob Armond Dilorenzo, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Ramon John Menchaca, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for violation of a protection order.

Gerald Robert Elkins, booked by the Nooksack Tribal Police Department for failure to appear for failure to register as a sex offender.

Dakota Zachary Boome, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

George Jay Revey, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

David Michael Tarr, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and investigation of a fugitive warrant

Katrina J. Flanagan, booked by the Everson Police Department for investigation of second-degree theft.

Jeffrey Lawrence James, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of third-degree assault and battery and disorderly conduct.

Kimberley Marie Ely, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of felony harassment, fourth-degree assault and third-degree theft.
