Whatcom County Jail report for Dec. 2

The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jaron Edward Seabury, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence, second-degree driving with a suspended license and operat-ing a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock.

Ryan Dennis Bowhay, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of residential burglary, theft and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Correy James Nation Tisdale, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of first-degree theft.

Toni Dawn Johnson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for investigation of criminal impersonation and failure to appear for three counts third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Oscar Avena Avena-Partida, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for investigation of forgery.

Zachariah Daniel DePoppe, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for failure to appear for a loitering-related violation.

Raymond Maurice Thomas, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office for a Department of Corrections warrant, failure to appear for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Nichole Tessa Martinez, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for possession of stolen property, driving with a suspended license and driving under the influence.

Laura Ann Hjellen, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for four counts third-degree driving with a suspended license.
