Whatcom County Jail report for Nov. 24

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not yet been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Howard John Kitchen Jr., booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Kristopher W. Zimmerman, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, third-degree malicious mischief, failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for marijuana possession.

Moss Issaac Jensen, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts second-degree theft.

Christopher Stephen Lally, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a no contact order.

Andrian Mondragon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts violation of a no contact order.

Ryan Alan Shintaffer, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Raynie C. Solomon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree theft.

David John Cunningham, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Shaleen Melinda Young, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of violation of a lawful court order.

Nicholas Tucker Manske, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree attempted burglary and first-degree possession of stolen property.

Amador Baldovinos, booked by the Lynden Police Department for driving under the influence.

Linda Darnell Dionne, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for malicious mischief, failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for marijuana possession.

Ryan Michael Deming, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for methamphetamine possession and bail jumping and failure to appear for a two civil bench warrants.

Evan Michael Dodge, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation second-degree burglary and first-degree possession of stolen property.

Rudy S. Adams, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for a bench warrant and failure to appear for a probation violation.

Wesley Dale Downing, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Edward Lee Davis Jr., booked by the Bellingham Police Department for two counts fourth-degree assault and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Steven Robert Bonner, booked by the Washington State Patrol for second-degree driving with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with no ignition interlock and failure to appear for two counts driving under the influence.

Michael James Conley Jr., booked by the Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Travis Jeffrey Little, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for two counts third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.
