Most unusual case: "I always get asked what is the worst call you have been on. The worst one was to a house that had approximately 70 cats inside. ... I end up seeing a lot of negatives, but one of the most rewarding things of the job is seeing an animal removed from a bad situation and being able to see it adopted out."

Tip: "Always make sure your animals are licensed, and always spay or neuter your pet. Not only does it keep them healthier, but it helps them to stay around the house. ... If you see any kind of cruelty going on, don't be afraid to call and let us know what is going on."
