A: "It's a 911 call. The operator knows who that call goes to in the system. The caller needs to give the color of the car, the make of the car, the license plate and the location of the car, a specific location. You can also call 676-6911. It rings the same place, the same people, but they just know it is not an emergency and so they can skip picking it up if they have an emergency."
