Q: I've just found an adorable baby otter on the beach. What do I do?

A: "Do not touch or try to move a stranded animal. The best thing to do if you're concerned about its health and welfare is to call the Northwest Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at 966-8845. We will contact the marine mammal coordinator," who will bring in the appropriate agencies.
